Can an Ambu Man torso be updated to a full body?

Yes, you can buy legs and arms separately and mount them on the torso.

On what manikins can the Ambu CPR Printer and Ambu CPR Software kit be connected?

They can be connected to all of the following manikins:

Ambu Man (Model C, CA, CF),

Ambu Defib Trainer System (basic and advanced) and

Ambu Cardiac Care Trainer System Model C.

Why doesn't my USB-to-serial port adapter work with Ambu Manikin Cable for the CPR Software?

The Ambu Manikin Cable uses the control signals on the serial port (e.g. CTS, RTS, DTR, DSR) for communication. Some USB-to-serial port adapters only implements the datasignals and not the control signals. Only USB-to-serial port adapters with control signals implemented will work with the Ambu Manikin Cable.

What manikins can be updated to an Ambu Defib Trainer?

All Ambu Man - no matter which model - can be updated to an Ambu Defib Trainer, please order cat. no. 234 000 719.

Can the new ECG Box with 26 heart rhythms be connected to the old Ambu Defib Trainer Systems instead of the Defib Trainer that only has 4 rhythms?

 Yes if you order Cat. no. 284 000 730 you will get the new ECG Box with 26 heart rhythms, and a connecting cable.

Some Drug box comes with a 9 volt supply and some with a 12 volt.

Which is the right one?

The right supply for the Drug Box is the 12 volt supply. Problems with installing a Drug Box or an USB Interface? Please follow the instruction in the DFU 504301 USB Driver V1,0 and use the driver called both_v0103. This can be downloaded on webpage.
